We are seeking a skilled Service Handyman to perform service calls and ongoing maintenance in commercial construction and occupied commercial facilities. This role is responsible for diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and performing preventative maintenance across a wide range of building systems to ensure safe, functional, and professional work environments.

The ideal candidate has a broad skill set similar to a property maintenance technician, with experience in general carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, troubleshooting building issues, completing repairs efficiently, and coordinating with project managers or site contacts as needed. Work may involve interior and exterior repairs, fixture replacements, minor system repairs, and punch-list or tenant-improvement support.

Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in commercial settings while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and site personnel are essential. Prior commercial construction or facilities maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
